Whenever you book a service or MOT into your diary, VGM will remember the date and send the customer an automatic MOT reminder message or car service reminder message the following year, helping you to ensure that you are retaining your customer base year in, year out with little to no effort.
You can also send ad-hoc messages to multiple people, allowing you to reach hundreds of your customer at any one time. VGM gives you the necessary tools to keep your customers informed of any deals, change of address/contact details or any other essential bits of information.
As well as automated reminders and ad-hoc messages, you can send messages to individual customers, such as a simple thank you for using your garage or informing them their vehicle is ready for collection.
Email reminders are completely free, texts however are charged at a competitive rate of around 8p - 10p per message depending on the amount of credits purchased.
