This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Motasoft Ltd. (Company number 06136734) having its registered office at Origin Workspace, 40 Berkeley Square, Bristol, Avon, England, BS8 1HP) (“Motasoft”, “us”, “we” or “our”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”, “you” or “your”) of the www.motasoft.co.uk website (“Site”). 

This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Motasoft only (collectively “Services”).

We are the controller of personal data obtained via the Website and our services, meaning we are the organisation legally responsible for deciding how and for what purposes it is used.

Sharing your personal information

Transferring your personal data outside of the UK 

At this stage, we do not transfer your personal data outside of the UK.   • Any country located outside the UK/EEA: we would rely an appropriate safeguards under the UK GDPR, such as by including the relevant Standard Contractual Clauses in our data processing agreements.  

In the event we could not or choose not to continue to rely on either of those mechanisms at any time we would not transfer your personal data outside the UK unless we could do so on the basis of an alternative mechanism or exception provided by UK data protection law. 

How long your personal data will be kept 

We will keep your personal data for as long as you have an active account/agreement with us and for a period of up to 6 months thereafter to comply with any accounting or legal obligations including in the event of the pursuit or defence of legal claims.  

Once your engagement with us is terminated, we will retain your personal data in our core application database and backups (if any) for 6 months after termination. 

Following the end of the of the aforementioned retention period, we will delete or anonymise your personal data.

Your acceptance of these terms
