As part of our December 2021 release, we’ve added a couple more features to our booking system that we want to let you know about.
Online Payment with PayPal.
You can now take payments through the online booking system using PayPal if you wish. All that’s required is that you have a PayPal business account. We’ve put together some documentation to explain what we need from you if you want to get set up with online payment.
Service checklists.
We’ve revamped the service checklists within VGM and added them to our latest online booking system. I’ve put together a quick guide to show how these are set up and what they look like within the booking system. We feel this is an excellent addition to the booking system and can help your customers make the correct booking decision when booking online.
Taking bookings for quotable work.
We’ve introduced a new concept – POA slots (price on application). Your customers can book these through your booking system, and you can provide a price afterwards. This is great for repair quotes. We’ve put together some documentation to show you how this works.
